If you exceed the monthly API request limit, you can choose to upgrade your plan or purchase additional requests. We will never charge you for overages automatically without your explicit consent.
Please note that we do not charge automatically. You are required to renew manually. If the renewal is not completed on time, your account will be downgraded or reset.
Our refund policy is as follows: A full refund of the subscription fee may be issued only if (i) the refund request is received within fourteen (14) days of the original subscription date, and (ii) the total number of API calls made from the account is fewer than ten (10). Please note that any bank or payment processing fees incurred are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to seven (7) business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
